My blog has lacked a few adds recently so I'll try to add more soon! I just wanted to show you I'm trying new things in the kitchen. About two months ago I made Vanilla Bean Cupcakes with Salted Caramel Frosting, yum-o, in the words of cuttie Rachel Ray (Food Network). I was inspired by a friend that ordered caramel ice cream with sea salt on top for dessert one day, we just about died! Ever since then I've been craving that taste and these cupcakes just hit the spot. I'm planning on making an interesting recipe with scallops tonight, stay tuned for pics....
